Fast Track and Fast Line Services

Fast Track is a type of service that allows passengers to go through all the formalities at the airport with minimal time and maximum convenience, without standing in long lines at the security check.
This service allows passengers to spend more time in the departure lounge before their flight. This service is offered at many airports around the world. This service is mainly used by business or first class passengers, frequent flyer card holders. For example, service users can go through ticket and security check within 8 minutes after entering the gate of Heathrow Airport in London. However, passengers usually have to spend 60-70 minutes for the check-in procedures.
Fast line service is an extended FAST TRACK service, including priority delivery to the plane. The service is displayed at a special check-in desk.
How to use the “Fast Line”/"Fast Track" services?
1) The service owner approaches the “Salam Service” desk in Terminal 1 or 2 of the H. Aliyev Airport and submits an application for the “Salam Gold” service. The application can be submitted in advance by calling Trips.az (+994702933969) or by sending an email to [email protected].
2) After receiving the application, the airport staff informs the passenger which entrance to use.
3) The airport employee meets the passenger with a special sign in front of the appropriate entrance to the terminal.
4) The airport employee and the passenger approach the “Salam Service” desk to check the payment card.
5) After successfully checking the availability of the service, the passenger is offered concierge service.
6) The airport employee accompanies the passenger to the check-in desk and registers him/her without waiting in line. If necessary, assistance can be provided in filling out the customs declaration. After internal procedures, the passenger is transferred to the general waiting room.
7) After the start of boarding is announced, the airport employee escorts the passenger to the appropriate gate for boarding the aircraft.
How to use the “Fast Line”/"Fast Track" - Arrival services?
1) The service user must submit an application for using this service at least 3 hours before arrival.
2) The application can be submitted by calling Trips.az (+994702933969) or by sending an email to [email protected].
3) The airport employee meets the passenger in the terminal zone No. 1 with a special sign with the name and surname.
4) After the meeting, the airport employee requests the passenger's passport. After making sure that the passport data matches the data specified in the application, the employee escorts the passenger to a special table in front of the border zone.
5) If the service availability check is successful, the passenger, accompanied by an agent, goes through official post-flight procedures without queues at special desks (passport and border control).
