What is important to know:
Personal Item - you can always take it for free (even with low-cost airlines).
Carry-on baggage with low-cost airlines often costs money (you need to choose the "with carry-on baggage" tariff).
Check the tariff: "Light" or "Basic" most often does not include baggage.
On connecting flights, the main airline's rule may apply (if the flight is joint).
How can I find out the exact allowances?
1) Look in the ticket booking
2) Go to the airline's website (section "Baggage")
3) Check with the agency or at the counter during check-in
