Take with you on the road what helps you fall asleep at home: a book, your favorite magazine, a napkin soaked in lavender oil, eye patches.
Do not force yourself to sleep for a long time if you do not want to: even 90 minutes is enough to relax after the flight. And before going to bed or after waking up, walk around the lounge and do some exercise.
